Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a Counter-Notification. Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA Takedown Notice. If the complaining party does not file a court action seeking an order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity on Werner Herzog Quotes within 10-14 business days, the removed material may be restored.

To file a Counter-Notification, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
